Abstract

The invention provides a projection-type soft-X-ray band pass imaging system for soft-X-ray (0.1keV-1.5keV) band pass imaging with high spatial discrimination. Imaging devices of the projection-type soft-X-ray band pass imaging system include an imaging pinhole, a filter, a micro-channel plate and an X-ray sensor. After X-ray generated by a light source passes through the imaging pinhole, a spatial distribution image of a broadband spectrum of the light source is acquired then passes through the filter and the micro-channel plate sequentially to emit into the X-ray sensor, so that images are acquired. As the micro-channel plate has the projection-type high-energy cut-off characteristic and the filter is of an absorption edge structure at the X-ray energy section, band pass imaging of the X-ray energy section can be realized.
