Embodiment 1

[0015] Feed normal mice, and measure the body weight, abdominal fat and leg muscle ratio after feeding the samples. 50 Kunming male mice were pre-raised for one week and randomly divided into two groups, and each group was fed with a basal diet supplemented with 0% and 0.02% sample (formulation example) respectively (Table 1). The mice were reared in the same room in the School of Food Science and Technology of Jiangnan University, with natural light, free access to food and water, and the ambient temperature was controlled at 23±2°C and the humidity was 60%, for 30 weeks. The animals were fasted for 12 hours before slaughter, their body weight was measured, and they were sacrificed by breaking the cervical spine. The abdominal fat and leg muscles on both sides were stripped off, weighed, and stored at -70°C after quick freezing in liquid nitrogen until testing.
