Abstract

The invention discloses a digital FM PLL half-bridge serial resonance electromagnetic induction heating power supply which comprises a filter, a resonance half-bridge output and an FM AM (Amplitude Modulation) control. A band pass filter is connected with a three or single phase ac power frequency power supply, the filtered three-phase power frequency power supply is connected to a half-bridge inversion circuit, and a half-bridge output circuit is connected with a master control circuit via a mutual inductor and a PLL circuit. The power supply in a high induction level of the invention can overcome disadvantages in the prior art, normal work of the power supply can be ensured under the condition that the distance between a heated object and a heating coil changes for more than 100mm during work, and power of the power supply timely changes with the distance. A master control portion of the power supply is equipped with two half-adjustable potentiometers Rv1 and Rv2, wherein one of the potentiometers manages power setting of the whole machine, and the other potentiometer is used for adjusting the distance between the heating coil and the heated object (i.e., the coupling tightness of PLL).
