The active component of the liquid is composed of novaluron and an active component II, and the balance being surfactant and solvent; wherein the active component II is any one component selected from the following components: flufenoxuron, hexaflumuron, flucycloxuron, chlorfluazuron, diflubenzuron, diafenthiuron, buprofezin and tebufenozide. The ultralow volume liquid has the advantages of convenient processing, long lasting period, high work efficiency, difficult generation of drug resistance of the target insects, low environmental pollution, reduction on pesticide and water consumption, and improvement on the pesticide utilization rate; and is capable of controlling a plurality of insects on paddy rice, wheat, corn, vegetable, tobacco, tea tree, fruit tree and sugarcane through the ultralow volume spraying, low volume spraying, or ultralow volume static spraying.
