Abstract

A starting and generating integrated switch magnetic flux motor for an automobile comprises a stator assembly. The stator assembly is fixed on an outer shell through anaerobic adhesive. A rotor is fixed on a gear shaft of the motor through front and rear sleeves and a flat key. An air gap is reserved between the stator assembly and the rotor. The two ends of the gear shaft of the motor are supported on end caps through bearings. The front and rear end caps and a planetary reducer assembly are fixed on the outer shell through tensioning bolts.
