Abstract

The printing ink comprises following components, by mass, 45 to 70% of gloss oil, 20.3 to 35% of a fluorescent powder, 5 to10% of white oil, 1.03 to 15% of a diluent, and a small amount of an antifoaming agent. The invention also discloses the manufacturing method of the pad pasting. The manufacturing method comprises following steps: preparation of tape materials; automatic printing; first thermocuring, cutting of tape materials; semi-automatic silkprinting of the fluorescent powder; second thermocuring; coating of 3M glue; drying of 3M glue; pasting of release liner; and punching. The pad pasting is pasted on to the LED nixie tube, and is capable of changing blue light of the LED nixie tube into white light; compared with a traditional LED nixie tube which is prepared by filling the LED nixie tube with the fluorescent powder directly, light of the LED nixie tube is more uniform.
