The direct twistless rough yarn impregnating compound comprises a silane coupling agent, a film-forming agent, a lubricating agent, a pH regulator and water, wherein the silane coupling agent is the silane coupling agent with an epoxide functional group; the film-forming agent is epoxy resin latex or the combination of epoxy resin emulsion and polyurethane emulsion; the epoxy resin emulsion is prepared by emulsifying non-modified epoxy resin, and the epoxy resin has the relative molecular mass of 360 to 500, and epoxide equivalent of 180 to 250; the polyurethane emulsion is prepared by emulsifying epoxy modified polyurethane resin, and the epoxy modified polyurethane resin has the relative molecular mass of 1000 to 2000; the lubricating agent is the combination of a cationic lubricating agent and a nonionic lubricating agent; the impregnating compound has the solid content of 5 to 8%.
