Abstract

The invention discloses an image registration device and method for a multi-model imaging system. The image registration device comprises a positioning base, a closed cavity, test tubes and a seal cover. The closed cavity is fixed in one side wall of the positioning base, each test tube is a thin tube with an open end, developing agents are injected into the test tubes, the test tubes are placed in the closed cavity, and the axes of the test tubes are parallel with the an examination shaft. The seal cover is used for sealing the closed cavity, and when FMT registration is performed, the inside of the closed cavity is filled with media; the positioning base is made of nontransparent material; the closed cavity and the test tubes are made of transparent material. Based on rigid body registration, parameters are relatively simple, the registration accuracy is high, registration can be performed on a two-model, or three-model or four-model combination in four-model imaging devices flexibly and accurately, and particularly the accuracy of FMT and other model image registration is improved.
