Embodiment 1

[0013] In the present embodiment, the seeds of Campylodon chinensis are collected from Sichuan. The steps to germinate philodendron seeds are as follows:

[0014] (1) Dry and pulverize the branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis to obtain 490 grams of powder I, mix methanol and powder I at a mass ratio of 5:1, reflux and extract for 2 hours, filter the extract, concentrate the filtrate to dryness, and obtain 82 grams of solid II;

[0015] (2) Mix 82 grams of solid II obtained in step (1) with water at a mass ratio of 1:500, and perform ultrasonic treatment for 8 minutes to obtain a solid II suspension;

[0016] (3) Soak the philodendron chinensis seeds with the solid II suspension obtained in step (2), the soaking temperature is 25°C, and the soaking time is 24 hours;

[0017] (4) Lay four layers of filter paper moistened with water in the petri dish, place the amptomania radiata seeds processed by step (3) on the filter paper, cover the petri dish, put the petri dish into the...

Embodiment 2

[0020] In this example, the seeds of Campylodia radiata were collected from Guizhou. The steps to germinate philodendron seeds are as follows:

[0021] (1) Dry and pulverize the branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis to obtain 260 grams of powder I, mix methanol and powder I at a mass ratio of 8:1, reflux and extract for 3 hours, filter the extract, concentrate the filtrate to dryness, and obtain 46 grams of solid II;

[0022] (2) Mix 46 grams of solid II obtained in step (1) with water at a mass ratio of 1:100, and ultrasonically treat it for 5 minutes to obtain a solid II suspension;

[0023] (3) Soak the philodendron chinensis seeds with the solid II suspension obtained in step (2), the soaking temperature is 35°C, and the soaking time is 12 hours;

[0024] (4) Lay four layers of filter paper moistened with water in the petri dish, place the amptomania radiata seeds processed by step (3) on the filter paper, cover the petri dish, put the petri dish into the incubator to ge...

Embodiment 3

[0027] In the present embodiment, the seeds of Campylodia radiata were collected from Guangxi. The steps to germinate philodendron seeds are as follows:

[0028] (1) Dry and pulverize the branches and leaves of Taxus chinensis to obtain 320 grams of powder I, mix methanol and powder I at a mass ratio of 10:1, reflux and extract for 1 hour, filter the extract, concentrate the filtrate to dryness, and obtain 61 grams of solid II;

[0029] (2) Mix 61 grams of solid II obtained in step (1) with water at a mass ratio of 1:1000, and perform ultrasonic treatment for 10 minutes to obtain a solid II suspension;

[0030] (3) Soak the philodendron chinensis seeds with the solid II suspension obtained in step (2), the soaking temperature is 30°C, and the soaking time is 36 hours;

[0031] (4) Lay four layers of filter paper moistened with water in the petri dish, put the camphor tree seeds processed by step (3) on the filter paper, cover the petri dish, put the petri dish into the incuba...

Abstract

The invention relates to a camptotheca acuminata seed germination method which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing methanol extracting liquid of branches and leaves of taxus mairei, and concentrating the extracting liquid to dryness to obtain a solid matter; (2) preparing the solid matter into water suspension liquid; (3) soaking camptotheca acuminata seeds in the water suspension liquid; and (4) germinating the camptotheca acuminata seeds in a culture box for certain days before stopping germination. The camptotheca acuminata seeds obtained by the method provided by the invention are used for culturing camptotheca acuminata nursery seedlings, so that the seed utilization rate can be increased and the strong seedlings can be cultured.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant physiological ecology and phytochemistry research, and in particular relates to a method for germination of philodendron philodendron seeds. Background technique [0002] Campo tree ( Camptotheca acuminata Dence) is a national second-level key protected wild plant. Its whole plant contains an indole alkaloidcamptothecin, and the content is high in fruits and leaves. Camptothecin has significant anti-tumor activity. The global demand for camptothecin anti-tumor drugs is increasing year by year, and the current market share has exceeded 1 billion US dollars. Since there is currently no synthetic product that can replace camptothecin, camptothecin must be isolated and purified from camptothecin, thus wild camptothecin resources are under enormous pressure. Since camptophylla became the raw material plant of anticancer drugs, the distribution of its wild resources has shown an obvious decreasing trend. [00...
