Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of purification and re-utilization of marsh gas, and particularly relates to a marsh gas membrane separation methane purifying technology. Compression equipment, membrane separation methane purification equipment, air source heat pump equipment and central control equipment are used, wherein the central control equipment respectively controls operation of the compression equipment, the membrane separation methane purification equipment and the air source heat pump equipment. Pretreated marsh gas enters a compressor; compressed marsh gas is cooled by a cooler, is dewatered by refrigerated air dryer and then enters a filter; and after being heated, the marsh gas enters the membrane separation methane purification equipment and can be separated by adopting a one-stage membrane group or dual-stage membrane group according to different working conditions, and residual gas generated by the membrane group is vehicle natural gas. A condenser of the air source heat pump equipment exchanges heat with water, water is heated by absorbing heat, and then conveyed to a marsh gas pond for fermenting and insulating the marsh gas.
