The method comprises the steps that device property information is subscribed from an automatic monitoring system ATS server of a train; GENA protocol data which is in a generic event notification structure and is received from the automatic monitoring system ATS server of the train are converted to data in an emergency center COCC protocol format; and the emergency COCC data are sent to an emergency COCC end. According to the invention, the data of the automatic monitoring system ATS server end of the train are losslessly converted to the COCC side; the COCC side unifiedly displays line information; and the content of the data received from the COCC side can be easily customized according to a specific data need of the COCC side.
