A wind guide device comprises a first wind guide wall and a second wind guide wall. The first wind guide wall comprises wind-proof net assemblies and stand columns. The wind-proof net assemblies are arranged on the stand columns at intervals. The wind-proof net assemblies comprise first grizzly bars and wind-proof nets. The two opposite sides, in the distribution direction of the wind-proof net assemblies, of each wind-proof net assembly are provided with the corresponding first grizzly bars. The first grizzly bars which are closest to a mounting surface are connected with the stand columns to form first air inlets.
