Abstract

The bio-drying reactor comprises a reactor body and a support plate, wherein an air inlet connected with a blast blower is formed in the bottom of the reactor body; a plurality of thermometers are arranged at different heights inside the reactor body; a corresponding sampling opening is formed in the lateral wall of the reactor body at the height equal to each thermometer; a conical head cover is arranged above the reactor body; the conical head cover comprises a main body part of the conical head cover, an air outlet formed in the top of the conical head cover, and an annular flume arranged at the bottom; the main body part of the conical head cover inclines 45 degrees; the inner diameter of the annular flume is consistent with the outer diameter of the reactor body; the support plate is arranged on the outer edge of the upper part of the reactor body; a turnover stirring apparatus is arranged inside the reactor body, and is driven by a motor by virtue of a belt.
