The positioning block can be opposite to the upper surface of the centrifugal fan blade, the surface, connected with the centrifugal fan blade, of the positioning block serves as an upper reference plane, the upper reference plane and the lower reference plane are parallel and used for containing the centrifugal fan blade, and the distance from the upper reference plane to the lower reference plane is equal to a preset height. The lower surface of the centrifugal fan blade is opposite to the lower reference plane of the base, and the upper surface of the centrifugal fan blade is opposite to the upper reference plane of the positioning block.
