Problems solved by technology

At present, the most widely used smears are lime sulfur, copper methamine, simekon (octylamine), humic copper sulfate, Chuangkeyu (polyhexamethylene guanidine), fruit tree healing sealant, artificial bark ( Guoshukang), Fulanke, Anfu, Xinfudi, rehabilitation agents, etc. However, most of the agents have shortcomings such as incomplete sterilization, easy recurrence, and slow healing of scars and wounds in the healing of scars. The medicine also has a corrosive effect on the bark around the diseased scar, creating new wounds during the prevention and treatment process, causing the bacteria to infect again

Embodiment 2

[0065] The grease ointment provided by the invention is used to cure the field control effect test process of apple tree rotten scab, specifically:

[0066] From 2012 to 2013, two years in a row in Jingning County, Gansu Province, a 25-year-old orchard was used to cure apple tree rot and scars. The apple variety was Red Fuji, and the apple tree rot occurred more seriously. In the test, the invented oil ointment was used as the test agent, and the 1.6% thiamethondone smear, which was popularized and used in production in recent years, and the 40% thiramazine 50 times solution that was promoted and used before were used as the control drug to conduct a comparative test. After removing the scars, the medicine was applied, and the prevention and control effect investigation was carried out in July-August of that year. The results of the field test of oil ointment for curing apple tree rot scars are shown in Table 1. The two-year test of oil ointment has a cure rate of 100% for the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a grease ointment which contains the following materials: vegetable oil, lanolin, vaseline, polyvinyl alcohol, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, gumacabic powder, xanthan gum, gelatin, dextrin, bentonite, white carbon black, peregal, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, sodium benzoate, polyethylene glycol, n-butyl alcohol, 70 percent of thiophanate-methyl, flusilazole, tebuconazole, an organic solvent, water-soluble substance containing amino acid, and water; the invention also discloses a preparation method of grease ointment, and an application of the grease ointment in sterilization and promotion of healing of rot scar of apple trees. Field experiments show that the grease ointment provided by the invention is harmless to cortical tissues of trees, can promote quick healing of rot scars and kill rot pathogens of cortexes and xylems; the effects of sterilizing and improving healing are greater than the effect of conventional drugs so as to prove that the grease ointment is suitable for rot scar healing and wound protection of the apple trees.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to the field of pesticides, in particular to a grease ointment and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0003] Apple tree rot is a common and extremely important disease in apple production. It is widely distributed in our country, seriously harmful and difficult to control. Once the apple tree rot disease occurs, the local bark will be necrotic and the tree vigor will be weakened, and the tree will be dead and the garden will be destroyed, which seriously threatens the safe development of the apple industry. Comprehensive prevention and control measures are often adopted for the prevention and treatment of apple tree rot in production, among which chemical pesticides play a decisive role in the prevention and treatment of rot. At present, the most widely used smears are lime sulfur, copper methamine, simekon (octoprodil), humic copper sulfate, Chuangkeyu (polyhexamethylene guanidine), fruit tre...
