Abstract

A method and a device used for melt spinning and extracting a plurality of synthetic multifilaments are provided by the invention. The device comprises a spinning mechanism, a cooling mechanism and a drafting godet. In the spinning mechanism, a plurality of groups of filaments are extruded from a polymer melt in a parallel manner and are collected to be a plurality of filaments through a collective yarn guider after cooling. For extraction, the filaments are collected from a spinning distance determined by the collective yarn guider to a processing distance determined by a processing yarn guider. To uniform the different shift degrees of the plurality of filaments in tows and to balance the filament tension and the mechanical load of the filaments, the filaments are guided with different shift degrees between the processing yarn guider and the drafting godet through a plurality of shift yarn guider.
