The invention discloses a preparation method of the barley tea. The method comprises the following steps: the fresh honeysuckle flowers are prepared and pretreated; barley and buckwheat with hulls are subject to selecting, washing, soaking, surface-drying and stir-fry-drying; the hulls and the kernels are pre-separated and are subject to low-temperature drying; the hulls and the kernels are completely separated; the materials are crushed, combined and stirred; the combination is granulated; low-temperature baking is carried out; sterilization and packaging are carried out; and the like. According to the invention, a grease-cleaning, oil-removing, immunity-enhancing, hypertension-preventing, hyperglycemia-preventing and hyperlipidemia-preventing tea is provided for the population with high intake of greasy food under improved living standard, obese population, sub-healthy population, and mid-aged and elder population. According to the invention, tea and herbal medicines are adopted as basis, and pure natural plants are finely selected as raw materials. The tea can be used both as medicine and as beverage.
