The production process comprises the following specific steps: (1) preparing ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid into a solution for later use by use of water in advance; (2) putting triclosan into PEG-7 (Poly Ethylene Glycol-7) glyceryl cocoate for completely dissolving, for later use; (3) pouring raw materials such as deionized water proportionally into a reaction tank, stirring at a certain temperature, next, pouring the stirred solution into a stirring pot, continuing stirring and then cooling; (4) when the temperature of the solution in the stirring pot is in the range of 48-52 DEG C, adding the raw materials such as triclosan, stirring, then adding an essence, continuing stirring, then stopping stirring and cooling to a certain temperature; (5) discharging the mixture, sampling, carrying out semifinished product inspection in a laboratory, and filling after the sample is qualified.
