Problems solved by technology

Although these methods have high sensitivity and good accuracy, they also have the disadvantages of requiring professional operation, complicated sample pretreatment and consuming a large amount of strong acid reagents.
[0004] As a molecular spectral analysis method, near-infrared spectroscopy has the advantages of rapidity, convenience, and non-destructiveness. However, there are large differences in the above-mentioned application fields, detection objects, items, and specific methods of detection and analysis, and so far no one has proposed the application of near-infrared spectroscopy to the content of heavy metal cadmium in rice. This is not only because the cadmium content in rice is low, but also those skilled in the art rarely connect the qualitative detection of whether the heavy metal cadmium content in rice exceeds the standard with the application of near-infrared spectroscopy

Embodiment 1

[0048] A NIR spectral analysis model for identifying excessive cadmium content in rice, the NIR spectral analysis model is established by the following method:

[0049] 1. Sample selection and determination of qualified rice: randomly select 120 different rice samples, use graphite furnace atomic absorption method to measure cadmium content in 120 rice samples respectively, and compare the measured cadmium content with "GB-2762-2012 Food According to the requirements of the cadmium content limit in rice in the "Limits of Pollutants in Food", determine whether each rice sample exceeds the standard, and will meet the requirements of the cadmium content limit in rice in the "GB-2762-2012 Limits of Pollutants in Food" standard (that is, cadmium 120 rice samples with qualified cadmium content, 49 rice samples with qualified cadmium content), the judgment value is set to -1, rice with excessive cadmium content exceeding the limit requirements for rice (120 rice samples with excessive...

Embodiment 2

[0067] A kind of identification method adopting the NIR spectrum analysis model of embodiment 1 to whether cadmium content in rice exceeds the standard, specifically comprises the following steps:

[0068] a. Collect the spectral data of the rice to be tested: use the NIR spectrometer as the sampling device to collect the standard spectra of 20 commercially available rice samples to be tested (the rice samples to be tested were purchased in Beishan Town, Changsha County, variety: Xiangwan Xian 12) data.

[0069] The steps for NIR spectrometer to collect the standard spectrum are as follows: import 3g of the rice sample to be tested into the diffuse reflection sample cup, and then use the sample cover to carefully cover the sample cup to eliminate the influence of sample inhomogeneity on the optical path; then use the built-in The background is used as a reference, and the wavenumber is 10000cm with NIR spectrum scanning -1 ~4000cm -1 The range is 32 times (the number of scan...

Abstract

The invention discloses an NIR (Near Infrared Ray) spectral analysis model and method for identifying excessive content of cadmium in rice. The analysis model is established by the following steps: selecting a sample and judging qualified rice, acquiring sample spectral data, processing the sample spectral data, screening the sample spectral data, establishing a preliminary analysis model, identifying the preliminary analysis model and the like, so that the NIR spectral analysis model which is used for identifying the excessive content of cadmium in the rice is determined. The invention further discloses a method for identifying the excessive content of cadmium in the rice by using the NIR spectral analysis model. A near infrared ray spectrum of the rice sample is acquired on the basis that the excessive content of cadmium in a lot of the rice samples is identified by adopting a chemical method; the NIR analysis model which is used for identifying the excessive content of cadmium in the rice by combining a main component analysis and judging method based on a near infrared ray spectrum technology and a chemometrics method. The accuracy is up to more than 95.2%; the NIR spectral analysis model has the advantages of simplicity in operation, rapidness in detection, safety and environmental friendliness, high detection precision and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of near-infrared spectrum detection, in particular to an NIR spectral analysis model for identifying excessive cadmium content in rice and a method for identifying whether the cadmium content in rice exceeds the standard by using the NIR spectral analysis model. Background technique [0002] Rice is the main food crop in my country, and 65% of Chinese people take rice as staple food. The quality of rice is directly related to people's health. Cadmium (Cd) is a heavy metal element that widely exists in nature and has strong toxicity. Rice is considered to be the most cadmium-absorbing bulk cereal crop, and cadmium is easily absorbed and accumulated by rice. Cadmium pollution in rice fields not only leads to a decrease in rice yield, but more seriously, cadmium accumulates in rice plants and is transmitted through the soil-plant-human food chain, which seriously threatens human health and directly affects my ...
