The method comprises the steps that the domain name resolution request is obtained and redirected to a local domain name resolution service process which is provided by local VPN service; in the local domain name resolution service process, whether a domain name corresponding to the domain name resolution request is matched with a domain name recorded in a local domain name blacklist is queried; if it is queried that the domain name corresponding to the domain name resolution request is matched with the domain name recorded in the local domain name blacklist, flow generated by the domain name resolution request is prevented. By the adoption of the scheme, when the client-side initiates the domain name resolution request used for obtaining advertisement content, the domain name resolution request will be prevented because the domain name corresponding to the domain name resolution request is matched with the domain name in the local domain name blacklist, namely the flow generated by the domain name resolution request is prevented, and therefore the influence of mobile phone advertisements on a user is effectively restrained.
