Abstract

The invention discloses a method for reinforced separation of acid-insoluble substances during decomposition of phosphate rock with nitric acid for extraction of phosphoric acid. According to the method, a filter aid is added during decomposition of phosphate rock with nitric acid for preparation of phosphoric acid to influence the surface physical properties of acid-insoluble substances, which enables filterability of the acid-insoluble substances to be improved, so separation efficiency and effects of the acid-insoluble substances are reinforced. The method comprises the following concrete steps: step 1, surface modification of the acid-insoluble substances: a step of adding the filter aid during decomposition of phosphate rock with nitric acid for extraction of phosphoric acid so as to realize surface modification of the acid-insoluble substances and to reinforce filterability of the acid-insoluble substances; and step 2, separation of the acid-insoluble substances: a step of carrying out filtering with a vacuum filter or a plate-and-frame filter press after retention of a material in a reaction tank so as to allow an acidolysis liquid and the acid-insoluble substances to be rapidly and thoroughly separated. The method rapidly and thoroughly separates the acid-insoluble substances produced during decomposition of phosphate rock with nitric acid for extraction of phosphoric acid, shortens filtering time, improves filtering efficiency and is applicable to enterprises extracting phosphoric acid through decomposition of phosphate rock with nitric acid or directly producing nitric phosphate fertilizers.
