The method comprises the following steps that flocculation and filtration of the fermentation liquor areperformed, wherein the inactivated fermentation liquor is cooled, a flocculant solution is added and stirred, filtration is performed after flocculation is completed, and a filter cake is obtained; the filter cake is dehydrated, wherein a dehydration agent is added into the filter cake and is stirred and homogenized, and then filtration is performed to obtain the dehydrated filter cake; acid solution is performed, wherein stirring is performed for dissolution after a hydrochloric acid solution is added into the dehydrated filter cake, and an acid solution is obtained; membrane filtration is performed, wherein the acid solution enters a membrane filtration system, and microfiltration is performed to obtain filtrate; crystallization is performed, wherein air is introduced for stirring afterthe filtrate is heated, water is added for attenuation, stirring crystallization is performed, and filtration and drying are performed to obtain a riboflavin crystallization product.
