Then, the ACK/NACK message is coded by the use of orthogonal sequence and repetition coding. Finally, the base station sends the downlink control information to the multiple user equipment. By the method provided by the invention, overhead of the ACK/NACK corresponding to the uplink transmission can flexibly be controlled and optimized, and the balance between flexibility of resource allocation and robustness of ACK/NACK transmission is realized.
