Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting active ingredients from mioga ginger. The method comprises the following steps: by taking dried mioga ginger rhizome as a raw material, cutting the mioga ginger rhizome into sections of 0.5-1cm, adding 8 times of ultrapure water for soaking for 12-24 hours, decocting for an hour, and filtering after decocting is ended; taking the filtered filter residue, adding the ultrapure water which is 8 times that of the mass of the filter residue, decocting for an hour, filtering and repeating the previous steps; and merging all the filtered filtrate, concentrating and drying the filtrate into a solid state.
