Abstract

The invention discloses an aluminum-seal utilized evaporator for a road diesel engine waste heat utilization ORC (organic Rankine cycle) system. The aluminum-seal utilized evaporator comprises a coolant inlet cavity, a jacket water inlet cavity, a coolant outlet cavity, a jacket water outlet cavity and a core. The core comprises a front end plate, a back end plate, coolant-side passages and jacket water-side passages; the coolant-side passages and the jacket water-side passages are alternatively superposed between the front end plate and the back end plate, and every two adjacent passages are partitioned by one partition plate. Fluid is in opposite-side flowing under special arrangement of aluminum seals. The evaporator is arranged vertically, jacket water feeds through the upper cavity, and coolant feeds through the lower cavity, thus a counter flow arrangement is formed. Since the evaporator utilizes the aluminum seals and the passages on both inner side and outer side are provided with reinforced heat-transfer fins, the evaporator is lightened and has compact and effective structure.
