The invention provides a highly bending-resistant polyvinyl chloride shoe material which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 55-70 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 5-15 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-5 parts of SBS (Styrene butadiene styrene), 2-5 parts of CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylene), 0.5-2 parts of stabilizer, 0.1-1 part of chlorinated paraffin, 0.1-2 parts of stearic acid and 5-15 parts of plasticizer. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the highly bending-resistant polyvinyl chloride shoe material.
