The calcium-plastic board comprises a basic plate layer, sound-insulating layers, thermal-insulating layers and surface layers, wherein the sound-insulating layers are arranged on the two sides of the basic plate layer; the thermal-insulating layers are arranged on the two sides of the sound-insulating layer; the surface layers are arranged on the both sides of the thermal-insulating layers; the basic plate layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of high pressure polyethylene resin, 20-35 parts of light calcium carbonate, 1-2.5 parts of a foaming agent, 2.5-4 parts of a cross-linking agent, and 2-3.5 parts of wood cellulose. With adoption of the method, the thermal-insulating sound-insulating calcium-plastic board disclosed by the invention combines the basic plate layer with the sound-insulating layers and the thermal-insulating layers, so that the thermal-insulating effect of the calcium-plastic board is 2.5 times more than that of a common calcium-plastic board, the sound-insulating effect of the calcium-plastic board is 3.5 times more than that of the common calcium-plastic board, and the calcium-plastic board has higher strength and tenacity, and is a novel functional decorative material.
