Abstract

The application discloses a particle analyzing instrument and a liquid path system thereof. The liquid path system includes a large-liquid-discharge-amount injector, a small-liquid-discharge-amount injector, four controllable valves and a plurality of pipelines, wherein the large-liquid-discharge-amount injector is used for not only providing a sheath liquid but also providing a cleaning liquid and a suction sample liquid; and the small-liquid-discharge-amount injector is used for not only collecting a sample but also providing a sample flow so that devices can be used repeatedly. By means of design of the pipelines, number of the controllable valves is saved. All functions of the liquid path system of a flow cytometry analyzing instrument, such as sampling, blood separating, sample preparing, flow cytometry measuring, cleaning and the like, can be completed just by for flow-controlling valves, thereby simplifying the structure of the liquid path system.
