The back surface electric field connecting part is located between at least two adjacent segment-shaped conducting parts. The multiple linear back electrodes correspondingly and respectively cover multiple linear openings of the passivation layer. The multiple linear back electrodes are only arranged at the multiple linear openings correspondingly instead of being applied in a whole surface so that the application amount of screen printing electrocondution slurry can be reduced effectively and the cell production cost can be lowered.
