The system comprises a crusher of which a feeding hole is connected with an automatic ton bag feeding mechanism, a first rinsing tank, a desalted water circulating device communicated with the first rinsing tank, a second rinsing tank, an environment-friendly material treatment system and a deposited material treatment system, wherein the first rinsing tank is connected with a discharge hole of the crusher and filled with a rinsing solution which consists of sodium chloride, calcium chloride and water and has the salinity of 15-25 degrees; the second rinsing tank is communicated with the first rinsing tank and filled with a rinsing solution which consists of sodium chloride, calcium chloride and water and has the salinity of 7-8 degrees; the environment-friendly material treatment system and the deposited material treatment system are communicated with the second rinsing tank.
