Abstract

The invention relates to a targeted aggregation-induced emission compound. The targeted aggregation-induced emission compound is a compound (QA-TPE / HA) composed of an aqueous solution of dibrominated 1,2-bis{4-[4-(N,N,N-trimethyl ammonium)butoxy]phenyl}-1,2-stilbene (QA-TPE) and an aqueous solution of hyaluronic acid (HA). The preparation method is characterized in that the aqueous solution of the QA-TPE and the aqueous solution of the HA are mixed at room temperature according to a certain ratio, and are shaken up. The compound overcomes the disadvantage of aggregation fluorescence quenching of traditional fluorescence materials, and has a targeting effect on cancer cells highly expressed by a CD44 receptor; and the preparation method has the advantages of simplicity, mild conditions, and realization of fluorescence emission and the loading of a substance having a targeting effect on the cancer cells through a one step process. The invention also relates to an application of the compound in the targeted identification of the tumor cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a biomedical material, in particular to a targeted aggregation-induced luminescent fluorescent compound and a preparation method and application thereof. Targeted aggregation-induced luminescent fluorescent complexes can be used as fluorescent markers for fluorescence imaging of targeted tumor cells. Background technique [0002] Aggregation Induced Emission (AIE) refers to a photophysical phenomenon in which a class of photochromophores emits weakly or even no light in the solution state, but the fluorescence is significantly enhanced in the solid state or in the aggregated state (Y. Y. Huang, F. Hu , R. Zhao, G. X. Zhang, H. Yang, D. Q. Zhang. Chem Eur J, 2013, 19: 1–8), the aggregation-induced luminescence phenomenon was first discovered by Professor Tang Benzhong. The main reason for the AIE phenomenon is that the attenuation of non-radiative energy caused by the internal rotation of molecules in the solution state is ...
