The precise metering device comprises a liquid inlet, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor, a single chip microcomputer, a flowmeter, a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve, a gas filling gun and a liquid return opening, wherein the liquid inlet is connected with the gas filling gun through a gas filling pipeline; a circulating pipeline is arranged between the liquid return opening and the gas filling pipeline; the second electromagnetic valve is arranged on the circulating pipeline; the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor which are respectively connected with the single chip microcomputer are arranged on the gas filling pipeline; the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor are positioned between a connecting point of the circulating pipeline and the liquid inlet; the flowmeter and the first electromagnetic valve are positioned on the gas filling pipeline between the connecting point of the circulating pipeline and the gas filling gun; both the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve are connected with the single chip microcomputer.
