Under the same bottom layer operation system, storing system, certification system, communication system and warming system, office computer screen video and camera shooting monitoring video are synthesized, then a cloud storage center is used for carrying out real-time big data storing, data are processed into video images which can be recognized by a machine, a retrieval tag is attached, various aspects of monitoring information are cooperated for quick retrieval, and retrieval and storage efficiency is effectively improved. For large-data-number video data, after maximum-frequency using time, the video data are subjected to local depth compression storage, original video data are reserved through cloud storage, corresponding data can be transmitted back through cloud storage at any time when needed, and the problems that local storage resources are limited, and large-data-number video retrieval is difficult are solved.
