Abstract

The invention discloses a treatment method of cyanogen-containing chromium-containing electroplating wastewater. The treatment method comprises the following steps: collecting common electroplating waste, cyanogen-containing electroplating waste and chromium-containing electroplating wastewater; performing flocculation treatment and sedimentation treatment on common electroplating wastewater respectively and performing solid-solution treatment, then, adsorbing supernatant liquid and performing reverse osmosis treatment; performing cyanogen-breaking treatment on the cyanogen-containing electroplating wastewater to obtain pre-treated cyanogen-containing electroplating wastewater, and introducing the pre-treated cyanogen-containing electroplating wastewater into common electroplating wastewater to obtain comprehensive electroplating wastewater; treating the comprehensive electroplating wastewater as the common electroplating wastewater; performing chromium removal treatment on the chromium-containing electroplating wastewater to obtain pre-treated chromium-containing electroplating wastewater; and treating the chromium-containing electroplating wastewater as the common electroplating wastewater. The treatment method of the cyanogen-containing chromium-containing electroplating wastewater can be used for improving the treatment efficiency of the electroplating wastewater, recycling the electroplating wastewater in a cyanogen-breaking process, reducing the addition of agents in an electroplating wastewater treatment process, reducing the resource waste and lowering the treatment cost.
