The process comprises the following steps of firstly, printing a semi-finished iron product; secondly, punching a cover on the painted semi-finished iron product; thirdly, making an empty cover from a semi-finished coiling claw product which is subjected to cover punching; fourthly, melting an online screw in the empty cover to extrude particles or annuli, performing induction heating on the empty cover through medium frequency of 7.0-13.0KW to enable the temperature of the empty cover to reach 85-165 DEG C, molding a required sealing material with the particles or the annuli which are molten by mold pressing, and performing cooling and checking to obtain the TPE claw-type unscrewing cover.
