Abstract

The protective layer is prepared by the following steps: 1) adding 2.4 parts by weight of polyurethane resin, 1.3 parts by weight of dodecyl ammonium sulfate, 2.8 parts by weight of aluminum oxide micropowder and 1.2 parts by weight of propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetic acid into 12.3 parts by weight of deionized water, and sufficiently stirring uniformly to obtain a bottom protective paint; 2) adding 2.3 parts by weight of polyurethane resin, 1.7 parts by weight of nucleoside triphosphate, 2.8 parts by weight of polyorganosiloxane and 3.1 parts by weight of polyester carbamate into 13.6 parts by weight of deionized water, and sufficiently stirring uniformly to obtain a surface protective paint; 3) spraying the bottom protective paint on the shell surface, curing and drying; 4) and spraying the surface protective paint, curing and drying. The protective layer coated on the shell can prolong the service life of the low-pressure filter compensation complete unit.
