The method comprises the following steps of inserting m groups of circuit structures used for parameter correction in the link of designing an integrated circuit chip; delivering a design to a factory to implement tape-out production; testing the circuit structures used for the parameter correction by using a probe station and other instrument equipment, and implementing recording processing on collected typical characteristic parameters before the final packaging test loop; correcting the typical characteristic parameters of an emulator according to processing results, and implementing re-emulation on characteristic circuit performance parameters to establish a new base version for the chip; finally, implementing differencing between the actually measured data of the characteristic circuit performance parameters used for the hardware Trojan detection and the new parent, and comparing a difference value with a threshold value so as to judge whether hardware Trojan is planted into the integrated circuit chip or not.
