Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an adsorbent by modifying a tea by-product with rhodotorula microorganisms. The method comprises the steps of breaking the tea by-product, mixing the broken tea by-product, the rhodotorula microorganisms and binding agents according to a certain proportion, conducting cultivation and modification, and obtaining the adsorbent which is used for absorbing methanal, benzene, methylbenzene and the like. During cultivation, the rhodotorula microorganisms grow, the cellulose, pectin, terpene and other substances in tea powder are fermented, oxidation, degradation, decomposition, splitting decomposition and other reactions are caused, and then the surface chemical property and pore structure of the tea by-product are modified and the chemical adsorption property and physical adsorption property of the adsorbent are improved synchronously. Tests prove that in a space containing the adsorbent, the content of methanal, benzene and methylbenzene is reduced remarkably, which proves that modification is achieved by means of the rhodotorula microorganisms, and the adsorption property of the tea by-product is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of modification of tea by-products, in particular to a method for preparing an adsorbent by modifying tea by-products with microorganisms belonging to the genus Rhodotorula. Background technique [0002] Tea is a large agricultural and forestry by-product in my country and plays an irreplaceable and fundamental role in the national economy. With the development of the tea industry, there will be a large amount of processing by-products such as young tea leaves, tea stems and tea powder. If these tea by-products cannot be comprehensively utilized, it will cause great resource waste and economic loss. The recycling of tea by-products can not only help adjust the structure of the tea industry, extend the tea industry chain, but also increase the income of tea farmers, solve the "three rural issues", and improve the enthusiasm of tea farmers and enterprises in planting, processing, and management, which is in line with h...
