The energy-saving control method includes the steps that (1), the flow of cooling water pumps is adjusted and maintained through PID; (2), the operation number of the cooling water pumps is dynamically adjusted; (3), a cooling water supply temperature setting value is dynamically adjusted, and the rotating speed of a closed type cooling tower fan is controlled.
