The embodiment of the invention provides a Java program precompiling method and a precompiler. The method includes the steps of acquiring platform information corresponding to a target platform; scanning a Java source file, and recognizing precompiling keywords in the Java source file; according to the precompiling keywords, judging the platform information corresponding to the target platform and recognizing precompiling code segments in the Java source file, and according to a judgment result of the platform information, processing the precompiling code segments in the Java source file; according to a processing result, carrying out precompiling on the Java source file. In the precompiling process, the precompiler aims at different platforms and generates precompiling files corresponding to all the platforms, therefore, the same set of the source codes can be applied and implemented on the different platforms, and the storage space is saved; in addition, in the process of modifying the codes, the Java source file needs to be modified, and therefore code management can be simpler and more efficient.
