Abstract

The invention discloses a sound absorption material and a preparation method thereof and aims to solve the problem that the existing sound absorption material has a common sound absorption effect. The sound absorption material comprises the following components by mass fraction: 52 parts of polyether polyol 330N, 28 parts of polyether polyol 3630, 28.8 parts of isocyanate MDI, 3.8-4.7 parts of deionized water, 1.8-2.7 parts of triethanolamine, 0.9 part of silicone oil and 0.9 part of a catalyst A1. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting raw materials according to the components of the sound absorption material and the content of the mass fraction, placing the raw materials in a plastic cup to intensively mix, and then stirring for 60s by using a rotating stirrer at a speed of 1200rpm; (2) adding the isocyanate MDI to a mixed system obtained from the step (1) and intensively mixing for 7-8s; and (3) pouring the mixture obtained from step (2) in a cuboid mould for mould closing foaming, placing in a thermostat with 50 DEG C to solidify for 2 hours and continuously solidifying for 24 hours at room temperature to obtain the sound absorption material.
