Abstract

The microsphere disc is fixedly connected to the stepping motor through the fixed component II, and a shaft of the stepping motor penetrates through the center of the microsphere disc to be fixedly connected with the rotating needle through the fixed component I. The microsphere disc is fixed, the rotary shaft of the stepping motor drives the rotating needle to rotate, meanwhile, a microsphere in the microsphere disc is shifted to prevent the microsphere from being attached to the microsphere disc, and therefore the microsphere is made to always do irregular motion in the coating and plating process. The rotating needle has certain elasticity, the rotating needle slightly collides with the prismatic convex block and passes through the prismatic convex block in the rotating process, meanwhile, the rotating needle can generate oscillation, and therefore the microsphere is separated from the rotating needle. The device is simple in structure, wide in material source and low in manufacturing cost, the microsphere can be effectively prevented from being attached to the microsphere disc, and the aim of evenly coating and plating the microsphere coating is achieved.
