The adjuster comprises K-level super-conduction coils, a super-conduction switch, a first electronic element, at least one second electronic unit, a position adjuster and a biasing circuit, wherein K is a positive integer larger than 1. The K-level super-conduction coils are arranged in an internal and external mode, the super-conduction coils of different levels in the K-level super-conduction coils are connected in series to form closed coils, the K-level super-conduction coils are connected in series with the first electronic element, and one second electronic unit is welded between each winding turn of at least one winding turn of the at least one super-conduction coils.
