Problems solved by technology

This mixing process does not take into account the difference between the new aggregate and the old material (with asphalt coating), resulting in the difference between the new aggregate and the old material in the recycled mixture after mixing. The uniformity is poor, and the new aggregate with large particle size is often not fully coated with asphalt after mixing, showing the phenomenon of graying material

Embodiment 1

[0032] Indoor test example: the RAP used in the experiment is the material of the same source and the same particle size. First, the RAP is sampled, and then the sample is subjected to an extraction test. The test shows that the asphalt content of the RAP is 4.55%. A sieving test was carried out on the old aggregate obtained from the extraction test, and the test results are shown in Table 1. The old asphalt after the extraction test was recovered by rotary evaporation method, and the performance index test was carried out. The test results are shown in Table 2.

Embodiment 3

[0098] Indoor test example: The RAP used in the experiment is the same source with different particle sizes, which are counted as RAP1 (0-16mm) and RAP2 (0-25mm) respectively. Firstly, the two kinds of RAP were sampled respectively, and then the samples were subjected to extraction test. The asphalt content of RAP1 was 4.55%, and that of RAP2 was 3.45%. A sieving test was carried out on the old aggregate obtained from the extraction test, and the test results are shown in Tables 11 and 12. The old asphalt after the extraction test was recovered by rotary evaporation method, and the performance index test was carried out. The test results are shown in Table 13.

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a plant hot recycled asphalt mixture containing a recycling agent. The method comprises the following steps: (1) heating RAP and adding the heated RAP into a mixing cylinder NO.1; (2) heating the recycling agent, adding the heated recycling agent into a mixing cylinder for the product obtained in the step (1) and mixing; (3) heating new aggregates and adding the heated new aggregates into a mixing cylinder NO.2; (4) heating a first part of new asphalt, adding the heated new asphalt into a mixing cylinder for the product obtained in the step (3) and mixing; (5) transferring the product obtained in the step (2) to a mixing cylinder for the product obtained in the step (4), adding the surplus new asphalt and mixing; (6) adding mineral powder into a mixing cylinder for the product obtained in the step (5) and mixing; and (7) getting the mixture obtained in the step (6) out of a pot and forming. The method has the advantages of easiness for realization, high recycling efficiency of wastes, less use amount of new asphalt, uniformity of recycled mixture, high performance and capability of effectively preventing the occurrence of grey materials in the recycled mixture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of road engineering, and relates to a method for preparing a plant-mixed hot recycled asphalt mixture. Background technique [0002] Plant-mixed hot-recycled asphalt mixture has been more and more widely used in the maintenance and repair of highway asphalt pavement in my country because of its performance close to that of hot-mix asphalt mixture. However, in the conventional mixing process, the old material and the new aggregate are generally heated separately first, then the old material and the new aggregate are mixed in a mixing tank, and then new asphalt is added for mixing. This mixing process does not take into account the difference between the new aggregate and the old material (with asphalt coating), resulting in the difference between the new aggregate and the old material in the recycled mixture after mixing. The uniformity is poor, and the new aggregate with large particle size is often not ful...
