Abstract

The invention relates to a leakage prevention device of a fluid damper. The leakage prevention device comprises a first seal ring, a second seal ring, an outer steel cylinder, a viscoelastic material, an inner steel cylinder, a piston rod and a damper outer barrel. A sealing device of the fluid damper is designed by use of the characteristics of good extensibility, high deformability, excellent aging resistance and the like of the viscoelastic material, so as to prevent liquid in the damper from leaking. A joint of a cylinder tube and a piston of the damper is sulphidized and glued by use of the viscoelastic material, relative movement can be generated between the piston rod and the cylinder tube by use of the excellent deformability of the viscoelastic material, and furthermore, the viscoelastic material is tightly glued together with the cylinder tube and the piston rod, so that the liquid in the cylinder tube can not leak out from the joint of the piston rod and the cylinder tube. Compared with a traditional fluid damper, the leakage prevention device is capable of thoroughly preventing the liquid in the damper from leaking, and thus greatly prolonging the service life of the damper.
