Embodiment Construction

[0010] Further illustrate the present invention below in conjunction with accompanying drawing:

[0011] Such as figure 1 As shown, the present invention directly decomposes and separates the natural gas hydrate seabed of solid-state fluidization exploitation, comprising the following steps:

[0012] ① The natural gas hydrate raw slurry extracted by the subsea excavator and pumped is transported to the subsea crushing device for crushing treatment. The purpose is to make the subsequent decomposition of hydrate particles more efficient in the integrated device for seabed heat exchange and hydrate mixture separation and decomposition.

[0013] ②The crushed hydrate mixture is transported to the submarine heat exchange and hydrate mixture separation and decomposition comprehensive device, and the huge energy stored in the large temperature difference between the sea surface seawater and the seabed seawater is used as a heat source to directly process the natural gas hydrate in th...

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for directly decomposing and separating natural gas hydrate mined by solid fluidization on the seabed. The process comprises the following steps: (1) conveying a hydrate raw stock which is pumped after being mined by a seabed mining machine into a seabed crushing device to crush; (2) pumping a crushed hydrate mixture into a seabed heat exchange and hydrate mixture separating and decomposing integrated device, and directly heating to decompose and separate the natural gas hydrate by virtue of the integrated device on the seabed by employing huge energy reserved due to a relatively large temperature difference between the seawater on the sea surface and the seawater on the seabed as a heat source; and (3) pumping the separated natural gas to sea surface facilities to further process in the next step, and discharging the separated water and sediments into the sea. According to the process, direct decomposition and separation of the hydrate can be realized in the solid fluidization mining process of submarine shallow non-stratified rock natural gas hydrate; and the overall technological process is safe, efficient and environmentally friendly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a seabed direct decomposition and separation process of natural gas hydrate for solid-state fluidized exploitation, in particular for the solid-state fluidized exploitation of non-diagenetic natural gas hydrate in the shallow seabed, and belongs to the technical field of development and utilization of unconventional oil and gas resources. Background technique [0002] With the increasing consumption of oil and gas resources in the world, seeking clean and efficient new energy has become the goal of the scientific community. As a high-quality, efficient and clean energy, natural gas hydrate is regarded as the most potential alternative energy in the 21st century due to its large reserves, high energy density and wide distribution. [0003] However, for non-diagenetic natural gas hydrate in the shallow ocean, due to its large reserves, weak cementation and poor stability, it is difficult to exploit it by conventional hydrate mini...
