Problems solved by technology

[0002] When aluminum foil passive interference or SOJ noise suppresses interference, the target will be buried in the noise, and a certain suppression effect can be achieved through hard clipping or high CFAR, but due to the large echo amplitude, the threshold point will still affect the picture effect and detection tracking performance
The conventional hard clipping process greatly loses the amplitude information of the echo, which is a fatal shortcoming for the three-coordinate radar, and a new method is urgently needed to deal with the situation of the three-coordinate radar in electronic countermeasures

Embodiment Construction

[0011] This method is applicable to a signal processing system in which FPGA is used as the main processor, and the function is divided through modular design to improve the adaptability of the algorithm to different radars.

[0012] Technical solution design method: First, the active radar uses the linear frequency modulation signal to analyze and count the phase distribution characteristics of the interference environment in real time, and only match the phase of the echo to obtain the threshold; then use the difference between the interference signal phase and the target signal phase to establish a constant The threshold of the false alarm rate, so as to improve the detection probability of the radar in the interference environment, and then detect the signal in the interference environment. For the implementation method and process in FPGA, see Figure 4 .

Abstract

The present invention provides an FPGA-based phase demodulation constant false alarm rate (CFAR) radar signal detection method which is a new method for resisting passive jamming and suppressing jamming by an active radar. Linear frequency modulation signals are utilized, and only the phase position of echoes is matched to obtain a threshold, thus to detect signals in an interference environment. The method comprises analyzing and adding up phase distribution characteristics of the interference environment, and then establishing a threshold of a constant false alarm rate by utilizing a difference degree of an interference signal phase and a target signal phase, thereby raising detection probability of the radar in the interference environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention proposes a new method for active radar to resist passive interference and suppress interference. The invention uses a linear frequency modulation signal, and only matches the phase of the echo to obtain a threshold, and then detects the signal in the interference environment. Background technique [0002] When aluminum foil passive interference or SOJ noise suppresses interference, the target will be buried in the noise, and a certain suppression effect can be achieved through hard clipping or high CFAR, but due to the large echo amplitude, crossing the threshold point will still affect the picture effect and detection tracking performance. The conventional hard clipping process greatly loses the amplitude information of the echo, which is a fatal shortcoming for the three-coordinate radar, and a new method is urgently needed to deal with the situation of the three-coordinate radar in electronic countermeasures.
