In the novel method, seeds are treated and stored at constant temperature during seeding and seedling growing of magnolia zenii for the first time in current production, so that the old problem of seed mildewing and rotting caused by the fact that water content is difficult to control in seed treatment and the old problem that seeds are low germination rate and emergence rate and seedlings are weak due to the fact that physiological after-ripening effect of the seeds is incomplete in the process of seeding and seedling growing of magnolia zenii can be solved. Germination rate of magnolia zenii seeds is increased by more than 75%, and emergence rate is increased by more than 90%; through precision management, the seedlings are reasonable in diameter-height ratio, strong, healthy and high in economic benefit, and nursery outgoing rate of the seedlings is increased.
