According to the preparation method, macromolecular polysaccharide is dissolved in distilled water, such that a polysaccharide solution is prepared; during a freezing process of the polysaccharide solution, an ice crystal growth direction is controlled with an oriented temperature field freezing technology; the frozen polysaccharide solution is lyophilized under a vacuum low-temperature environment, such that the high-orientation laminated-structured polysaccharide fiber membrane material is formed. The preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process and low cost. According to the method, no chemical reagent is added, and no harmful substance is used. The prepared high-orientation fiber membrane has good biocompatibility, and provides a beneficial environment for cell adhesion and growth.
