The obtained fragment was constructed into the pMD19-T vector (Takara) for sequencing, and it was found that the inserted fragment was 599bp in length and contained an open reading frame of 396 nucleotides. The gene was named GhEXP1, and the T vector containing the gene Named T-EXP1.
